Kevin Amezquita focuses his practice on federal and state class actions, with specific experience handling the complications and demands of electronic discovery in class cases. Prior to joining Burns Charest, Kevin was an integral part of a litigation team involved in the New Orleans Hard Rock Hotel collapse lawsuit.
A California native, Kevin received a B.A in Sociology from the University of California Los Angeles, where he conducted research on social climates. He went on to earn a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2020, where he interned for the Southern Poverty Law Center and worked on the Immigrant Freedom Initiative.
Kevin has established new roots in New Orleans, where he lives with his partner and Goldendoodle Frankie.
