Car Dealers Aim To Enforce Settlement In Price-Fixing MDL

Warren T. Burns, an attorney representing the indirect purchasers, told Law360on Monday the matter is largely a procedural issue and said his side remained confident the settlements would be enforced.

“Both sides entered into the settlements with the expectation the court could go either way” on the motion to dismiss, he said. “We feel strongly the settlements are fine.”
