Name Partners to Discuss Litigation Trends at State Bar Summit
Warren Burns and Daniel Charest are discussing the recent developments in environmental laws and regulations at an upcoming meeting of the Louisiana State Bar Association. The two-day conference, scheduled for Oct. 1-2 in New Orleans, offers an opportunity for experienced oil and gas litigators to gain a broader understanding of issues such as coastal land loss litigation and valuations for oilfield contamination of nearby property.
Joining Mr. Burns and Mr. Charest on the panel are Cristin Bracken, associate general counsel at Denver’s SM Energy, and Jane Kidd of Alvarez & Marsal in Houston.
