Dallas-based plaintiffs’ counsel Warren T. Burns of Burns Charest LLP countered that Judge Lynn was fully capable of juggling two MDLs.

He also humorously noted that his hometown football team, the Dallas Cowboys, have suffered significant on-field setbacks with injuries to their quarterback and star wideout.

“Dallas needs a win!” he exclaimed.
