Burns Charest Improves Rankings in 2025 Chambers USA Guide

Burns Charest LLP is increasingly recognized for success in pursuing a wide range of matters involving antitrust, class actions, mass torts and other business-related disputes in Texas and across the nation.

The latest example of this recognition is found in the rankings of the firm and individual attorneys in the 2025 edition of the prestigious Chambers USA guide to the legal profession, and the firm and individual attorneys notched several notable achievements.

In the latest edition Burns Charest:

  • Improved the firm’s ranking to Band 3 in North Texas for Litigation: General Commercial, among the top 14 firms in the region

  • Firm co-founder Warren Burns is listed in Antitrust for Texas for the first time.

  • Firm co-founder Daniel Charest improved his ranking in Litigation: General Commercial in Texas

  • New York-based partner Matthew Tripolitsiotis maintained his high ranking in Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff

Clients interviewed by Chambers researchers noted several strengths of the firm during the selection process.

“Burns Charest handles complex litigation, requiring intense technical understanding. The firm has an incredible bench, and its service level is impeccable,” said one reviewer, while another noted “Each lawyer is extraordinarily talented and hard-working, bringing to bear their considerable experience, tenacity and creativity.”

Honorees are initially selected based on intensive attorney and reference interviews, and individual rankings are determined through an assessment of qualities that include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness and other key qualities.
