Chase represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil practice areas, including mass tort actions, environmental litigation and construction disputes in both federal and state court. Chase also has extensive experience representing injured workers suffering from asbestos-related diseases, including obtaining compensation through asbestos trust funds. Chase is able to deftly guide clients through the process of filing with the appropriate trusts and receiving compensation for any asbestos-related damages they may have suffered.
Familiar with the complications and demands of electronic discovery in large, complex, and multi-party cases, Chase is well-versed in pre-litigation preparedness and the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronic information in litigation.
Chase was born and raised in New Orleans. After graduating from Louisiana State University, he attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and College of Business where he received his J.D./M.B.A.
