Natalie Earles

Natalie Earles represents people, municipalities, and private entities harmed by corporate misconduct. Her matters span environmental contamination, toxic exposure, public health crises, and complex commercial disputes.

At Burns Charest, Natalie litigates cases involving widespread harm and high stakes. She has played key roles in the development of case strategy and briefed successful dispositive motions in both state and federal courts nationwide. She also has experience in fact and expert development and discovery, including preparing fact, company, and expert witnesses for depositions and trial, taking and defending depositions, and day-to-day case management.

Natalie serves on the Law and Briefing Committee in the Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Products MDL, contributing to pretrial motion practice in one of the nation’s largest mass tort proceedings. She was appointed class counsel in The City of Laurel, Mississippi v. Cintas Corporation No. 2, where she led the case through class settlement approval and administration.

Natalie is also pursuing litigation on behalf of Louisiana municipalities and landowners whose properties were harmed by degrading, underground lead-wrapped telecommunications cables and is prosecuting a citizen suit against Union Pacific Railroad for environmental contamination threatening the Chicot Aquifer. She additionally represents healthcare providers and hospitals in complex commercial disputes, as well as civil RICO actions against retail pharmacies for their roles in fueling the opioid addiction epidemic.

Natalie joined Burns Charest in 2023 after clerking for the Honorable Jane Triche Milazzo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. While obtaining her J.D., Natalie completed an externship for the Honorable James David Cain of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, served as a Development Editor for the Louisiana Law Review, and competed on the National Moot Court team.

Natalie describes herself as an avid outdoorswoman, a devoted basketball fan, and a history buff who has returned to the National World War II museum eleven times.
