Quinn Burns

Quinn represents plaintiffs in complex commercial litigation across the country, with a track record of successful arguments and briefing in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on mass tort, energy, and antitrust matters. She is currently a key member of several of the firm’s significant cases, including representing St. Croix residents in environmental claims against a local oil refinery, hospitals against opioid retailers, and a West Texas ranch owner in disputes against major oil and gas operators.

Quinn joined the firm in 2022 after clerking for the Honorable Renée H. Toliver at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Her experience in the federal judiciary also includes internships with the Honorable Christine Nowak and the Honorable Amos Mazzant at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Quinn graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as the managing editor for the Texas A&M Law Review. As a “double Aggie,” she earned her B.A. in English from Texas A&M University in College Station. She currently serves on her law school’s Alumni Board of Directors and is a member of the 2024 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class.
