Three Firm Attorneys Again Recognized on List of Texas Super Lawyers
Warren Burns, Daniel Charest and Darren Nicholson have been named once again to the 2023 list of Texas Super Lawyers. The annual honors are based on nominations by other lawyers, a review by a blue-ribbon panel of attorneys and research by a team of legal industry experts.
Named to the list for the seventh consecutive year, Darren Nicholson appears on the list for Business Litigation. Darren represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and multidistrict litigation cases in courts across the nation.
Honored in the Antitrust Litigation category for the fifth time, Warren Burns litigates nationwide class actions and multidistrict litigation cases involving antitrust claims and other consumer and competition-related issues.
Daniel Charest is recognized in the area of Energy and Natural Resources and has been recognized since 2019. Last year Daniel led a trial team in securing a $41 million jury verdict in an energy-related dispute, later ranked among the nation’s top verdicts.
Reflecting only the top 5% of practicing attorneys in the state, the complete list of Texas Super Lawyers appears in the November issue of Texas Monthly and the Texas issue of Super Lawyers magazine, and can be found at www.superlawyers.com.
